An invoice without a URL makes them search your name and find a stranger.
Repeat business often starts from a PDF in a downloads folder. If the footer has a dead Facebook and no site, you paid to acquire them once and lost them to search. Put the live URL on the invoice.
Add the HTTPS URL and the phone that matches NAP to whatever you already invoice with. When the domain goes live, update the template. We do not host your books.
What invoice-math is
Arithmetic helper. Not Stripe invoicing. Not a CRM. Empty cells stay empty.
How to add the URL
Wherever the template lives.
- Open the invoice template you actually send (PDF, email, paper).
- Add the live Bizzit URL and NAP phone. Test a PDF on a phone.
- If you QR on paper invoices, use qr-link to the same URL.
- Update the template when Pro's domain is the name of record.
Do not put a different price on the invoice than the site
If they booked from a from-price, the invoice should not invent a new floor without a reason you already said.
We do not sync accounting
No QuickBooks, no Xero. A developer retainer might. We will not fake an integration.
Payment instructions
If they pay the invoice off-site, say so. If they will pay on the site next time, the URL is the pointer. Two tills need two sentences.

Tax IDs belong if you use them. Do not invent one. Not legal advice.
Limits and caveats
A pretty invoice for work you did not do is a fake review's cousin. Only send truth.
If a sentence would require a competitor SKU we have not verified, or a statistic we did not measure, it does not belong here.
