Trust and legal
We ask Google who you are. We do not ask Google for your Docs, your Figma, or a CRM.
Sign-in is how Free is not an anonymous pastebin of shops. Google is the identity vendor we shipped. That is not the same as Google Sites, Drive, or "we post to your calendar." Empty cells stay empty.
Sign in with Google so the business attaches to you. We store id, name, and email as /privacy says. We do not sync Drive, Gmail, or a booking calendar. You still write the brief.
What we get
Enough to know which account owns the project. Name and email for that attachment. Hosting payments are Stripe when you pay us.
What we do not get
Drive files, Gmail, Photos, a Figma token, GitHub. We will not pretend a scope we did not request. If a screen asks for more than we document, stop and ask [email protected].
Why not a password form
We did not ship a second password database as the path. Google sign-in is the path. That is a product choice, not a ranking trick.
Work accounts
If your employer's Google is locked down, you may need a personal Google account. That is Google's admin, not a Bizzit SKU.
Public site versus account
Visitors to your shop do not need to sign in with Google to read hours. Sign-in is for you, the operator.
Compare pages
Google Sites and published Docs are different products. Sign-in here does not make your shop a Doc.
Limits and caveats
OAuth screens can look scary. Read the permissions. Our privacy page is short on purpose. Not legal advice.
If a sentence would require a competitor SKU we have not verified, or a statistic we did not measure, it does not belong here.
