If you will not enforce a clause, do not publish it. If you need a clause, write it in English.
Generated sites paste mega-platform terms: arbitration in a far state, user-generated content, API abuse. A bakery does not have an API. Customers bounce. Worse, you might think you are protected by fiction.
Write short terms that match shipping, returns, deposits, and hours you already published. Have a lawyer if the risk is real. Cipher can draft; you must mean it. Not legal advice.

Returns page, shipping copy, deposit rules. Terms should not contradict them.
How to keep them short
Cut what you do not do.
- List the actual ways people buy (pickup, ship, deposit, from-price quote).
- For each, write one paragraph of what they can expect and what you will not do.
- Generate. Delete sections about user accounts, UGC, and APIs you do not have.
- Read it aloud. If you cannot, customers cannot.
- Put the same refund path as the processor you actually use.

Bizzit's terms are for using Bizzit. Your customers need yours. Do not copy-paste us onto a candle shop as if they signed up for Cipher.
Not legal advice
A blog list is not a statute. High-risk categories need a human lawyer.

Do not pick Delaware because Cipher likes it if you are not there. NAP should agree with any address you claim.
Empty cells
We do not sell a terms generator certified for 50 countries. Empty on purpose.
