After you launch
If the register says Instagram and the owner says the slug, the customer hears noise.
Customers ask "do you have a website." Staff invent answers: Facebook, a Google listing, a Linktree, a shrug. Ops is a single sentence everyone can repeat, plus a finger toward the QR.
Write one sentence: "Yes, [URL], or scan the code on the counter." Put the same URL on the site header they might see. Update the sentence when the domain is the name of record.
Pick the URL of record
Slug until Pro domain is live and you have decided the card name. Not both equally.
Hours questions
Staff should not quote a different Saturday than the site. If they do, the door sign is wrong or the site is. Fix the source, then the script.
Prices
If staff quote a DM price, the site is theater. One price of record.
New hires
The script is part of opening the register, like the Wi‑Fi password. We do not have a training product.
What not to say
"Just google us." "It's the Facebook." "I'll text you a screenshot." Screenshots are not the site.
After reprint
When cards change, the spoken URL changes. Same week as voicemail.
Limits and caveats
We will not write a fake 12-module training course. A sentence is enough.
If a sentence would require a competitor SKU we have not verified, or a statistic we did not measure, it does not belong here.
What to do after you read this
If this page answered the query, open Create with the nouns from your own business, not a slogan. If it did not, you are probably in the wrong cluster: go back to the blog hub or After you launch. Do not spin a second URL for a synonym. One intent per page is the whole point of this library.
Tools that actually do this job
These are public pages. Use them when the job is this job. They are not a second product you have to buy.
Questions people actually ask
What if they want Instagram?
You can add "we're also @handle, but hours and prices are on the site."
Two staff, two languages?
Same URL. The site language is whatever you briefed. We have not shipped a localization OS.
Should they mention $12 Pro?
No. That is not a customer fact. That is your vendor.
Cipher as the website name?
No. Bizzit is the host. The business name is on the door.
