A green bubble that says "love it!!" is not a photograph of the thing you will pack.
Shops upload iMessage crops, Amazon review screenshots, and TikTok comment captures as if they were studio shots. They look like scams because they are the visual language of scams. Even when the praise is real, it is the wrong object on the card.
Photograph the goods or the work. If you have a real quote, put it as text with a real name they approved, or point to GBP. Never as the product image.
Why it reads as fake
The internet trained people: screenshot praise is easy to forge. You make the honest shop look like the dishonest one.
Rights
Other people's faces, other shops' UI, platform chrome, messy. Trust: photo rights. Not legal advice.
SEO and snippets
A screenshot is often unreadable text in an image. Useless. We do not sell rankings anyway.
What to do instead
Still of the SKU. Still of the repair. A real About photo. A text quote if true.

If you upload it, it may become a hero. Do not upload it.

A screenshot ad is the same smell. When you buy ads, use a true still. Ops.
Limits and caveats
A screenshot of your own hours graphic you designed might be OK as a story, still a weak hero. Prefer live hours on the site.
If a sentence would require a competitor SKU we have not verified, or a statistic we did not measure, it does not belong here.
