You sign in. We host. A domain you buy is still a domain, with a registrar behind it.
"Who owns the website" is three objects: the login, the generated files we host, and any domain name. People mash them. Then they cancel Pro and panic about the .com. Cancel-anytime is a sibling article; this is ownership while you are still here.
The project sits on the Google account you signed in with. We host the live site as the product. A domain you purchase is registered according to that purchase, it does not vanish into our slogan. Read /terms for the contract language. Not legal advice.
The login
Google sign-in is why we know which human the business belongs to. If you use a shared inbox Google account, you shared the keys. That is on you.
The hosted project
Bizzit is a hosted business, not a GitHub export SKU. You do not own a VPS. You have a project in the product. See DIY HTML compare if you wanted files on a disk.
The domain
If you buy here, you see a first-year price on wholesale. The name is a registrar object. Pro is $12 for the site bundle including using a custom domain, two bills people confuse.
A domain you already own
Connecting it is DNS. You still own it at your registrar. We do not confiscate it by hosting you.
Staff and agencies
If an agency signs in as you, they are you. Prefer your Google account. We do not have an agency seat matrix.
What we will not pretend
No escrow theater, no "NFT the site," no Figma source. Empty cells stay empty.
Limits and caveats
Terms and law win over a blog. If /terms and this page ever disagree, /terms wins. Not legal advice.
If a sentence would require a competitor SKU we have not verified, or a statistic we did not measure, it does not belong here.

Read cancel-anytime and /terms. The slug can remain a thing the product still hosts on Free rules; the domain remains a registrar object. Do not assume a novel here.
Can I export to WordPress?
Not a SKU. We are not WordPress.
Does Cipher own the copy?
You supplied the brief. Generated text is part of the project you run. Do not fake an author who is not you.
What if I lose the Google account?
