Getting live
Photos, a hours note, a menu, then a sentence that says what they are.
The compose box can attach images and small text files so Cipher is not guessing the room or the SKU. You pick a role: gallery, hero, or product, and you should still say that role in the message. Images over about two and a half megabytes are rejected; a raw phone dump will not silently shrink. Text notes are clipped; they are for a hours list or a short menu, not a novel. Attachments do not spend a turn until you send; sending without explaining the files wastes the next turn.
Attach photos with a role, hero for the place, product for the work or SKU, and keep files under the studio size limit. Add a short text note if hours or a menu are easier typed. Say what each file is in the message you send. Attachments without a sentence make Cipher guess.
Image rules that actually exist
JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF. Size cap around two and a half megabytes per image. About six files on the compose stack. A rejected file is not a Cipher turn; a sent guess is.
Text and PDFs
Small text and markdown can be read into the note. A PDF may attach as a file Cipher does not fully ingest like typed hours. Type the hours anyway. Do not assume a photographed paper menu is as good as a list.
Roles again, because people skip them
Hero is the window. Product is the loaf or the finished job. Gallery is extra. The send adds a line Cipher can parse.

What not to attach
Other people's storefronts. Card numbers. A 40-megabyte video; there is no video SKU here. A spreadsheet of 400 suburbs for doorway pages.
Order of operations
Write nouns. Attach with roles. One sentence naming the files. Send once.

- Tag product shots
- Paste hours as text if the photo is blurry

After they land
Check the preview whether the hero is actually the file you meant. If Cipher ignored a product shot, say which filename to use on which item. Do not re-upload six files to change one role if a sentence would do. Overnight restock will not replace your hero with a new facade photo.
Limits and caveats
Attachments are hints. Cipher can still mis-assign a photo. We do not run a DAM or a print shop.
If a sentence would require a competitor SKU we have not verified, or a statistic we did not measure, it does not belong here.

Questions people actually ask
Can I attach after publish?
Yes, send a new Cipher message with files on Pro or while you still have Free turns. Publish does not freeze photography forever.
Do files count as turns?
The send counts. Sitting on unsent attachments does not.
What if the image is too big?
The studio errors. Export smaller from your phone. We do not list a paid compression SKU.
Can Cipher read my price list CSV?
Small text may come through. A messy export is worse than typing the from-prices you actually honor.
